Meet Marc Eberlein: Master Pastry Chef & Owner

Marc’s journey began in the family kitchen, learning the rhythm of traditional cooking from an early age. This passion led to professional training in Europe’s Michelin-starred kitchens, including work with Heston Blumenthal, world-leading five-star hotels, and high-volume production environments.

Across these diverse experiences, Marc discovered that exceptional desserts rely on a mastery of the fundamentals: precision, technique, and meticulous attention to detail. From intimate, refined desserts to large-scale production, Marc has developed a rare ability to balance elegance and flavor consistently. Every cake reflects classical techniques elevated through a focus on craftsmanship and intention.
